LOCATION
REQUIREMENTS:
*Leave the location as clean as you found it. Please clean thoroughly.
Have bags for garbage and carry it out.
*Be considerate to neighbors with regard to noise; work hours,
vehicles and equipment.
*Do not park or block streets or neighbors without specific permission.
*Do not enter private areas of the home unless granted permission
in advance.
* Homeowner items (as props) can be used only with homeowner
permission.
*You are required to obtain permits, neighborhood/business sign-offs
as per local ordinances.
(We can advise you or be hired to obtain.)
*Use floormats, cardboard or other protective measures as needed
for fragile surfaces.
Return any moved item to its original position.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All locations are subject to availability.
Due to the possibility of changes at locations that may not be
reflected on the website, it is recommended that you or a representative
scout a location before you commit to it.
Once you have chosen a location from those represented by our
company, that location must be booked through Miami Location
Homes.
Certificate of insurance for general liability and third party
property damage must be supplied naming the property owner and
Miami Location Homes, Inc. (the parent company of www.villaeileta.com & www.miamilocationservices.com)
as “additionally insured/loss payee”. These are needed
prior to shoot.
Any broken items or damage needing repairs is the responsibility
of the photo team and must be done immediately.Payment for locations
is due at least 24 hours before location is used unless other
arrangements are made with a Villa Eileta representative.
It is agreed between the parties that Miami Location Homes is
not liable to property owner or production for any claims associated
with use of property.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Day rate: Payment,
(in the form of a check made out to Miami Location Homes, inc.,)
is due before start of shoot and can be made morning of shoot.
Insurance certificate and permit (as required) must be obtained
in advance and available on set during shoot. Shoot cannot occur
without permit and insurance on set. Day rate is based on 10
hour period starting at call time. Overtime is charged for shoots
lasting more than 10 hours and is charged at time and 1/2.
Cancellation
policy: You may cancel booking for confirmed dates 48 hours prior
to booked date/s. Confirmed, multiple days may not be cancelled
after start of shoot and credit for unused days will not be given.
Weather conditions:
If crew shows at location, sets up and begins to shoot (polaroids,
digipolaroids included) THEN calls the shoot due to weather,
full day charges apply.
Damages: Any
property damages as a result of the photoshoot will be settled
between client and homeowner with Miami Location Homes, Inc.
acting as a liason only in these matters.
Consideration:
Please keep in mind that although you are booking a property
as a location it is someone?s home and should be treated as such.
Please be respectful of private property and respect the homeowner's
privacy. If you are unsure of anything, please approach the homeowner
or Starr (786-351-2173)/Jay (305-761-7422) for consultation.
Lastly, please
have crew refrain from asking homeowner for production materials.
For example: ironing boards, nails, hammers, ladders etc...
RAIN
POLICY
If inclimate
weather predicted prior to shot:
1. shoot is cancelled day prior - no charge IF shoot is rescheduled
within a week.
2. shoot is cancelled day of shooting - no charge IF shoot is resceduled
within a week.
If inclimate weather day of the shoot:
1. shoot is cancelled see #2 above.
2. shoot comences but is called off due to weather AND rescheduled
within a week then client will only be charged for hours used. |
